HOW DO I USE PEAT IN MY SKIN CARE ROUTINE?
For optimal results, begin by cleansing the skin with the GROUND Restorative Cleansing Balm.
Apply a thin layer of the peat mask to the face, neck & decollete.
Allow the mask to rest on the skin for 10 minutes.
Use this time to focus on deep belly breathing. Use this time to soften, relax and invite rest in.
You may notice a tingling sensation on the skin, this is the bioactive acids found naturally in peat working to rejuvenate the skin.
After 10 minutes, rinse off with warm water and a dark cloth.
Apply 4 - 5 drops of your favourite GROUND facial oil to the skin and massage gently.
