Over the years.

Suzanne Duckett has always been curious about what makes a life well lived, from the products we put on our skin and the places we escape to, to the books we read, the people we meet, the culture that surrounds us and the rituals that restore us.

That curiosity has taken her from the beauty and lifestyle desks of Britain’s leading magazines and newspapers to television, radio (including her own show with her husband on London's talk radio station, LBC), books, podcasts, global spas and some decidedly unconventional assignments. Along the way, she has helped bring natural living, beauty, culture, wellness travel, self-care and slower, more considered living into the mainstream.

But Suzanne’s interests have never fitted neatly into a single category. Art, design, food, travel, fascinating people and the endlessly changing character of London have always been part of the story.

Onolla brings those worlds together. After three decades spent writing, editing, investigating and curating, Suzanne has launched her own independent print magazine—a seasonal guide to living well in London, created for slower moments and made to be picked up time and again.

Here are some of the moments that shaped Suzanne, and ultimately led to Onolla.
