If you wish to change the shipping address or shipping option on your purchase, please email theGREENteam@onolla.com. Whilst we cannot guarantee changes are possible, contact us by 5pm on the date of purchase and we will do our best to amend. Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to the delivery destination once the package is in transit.
If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave written information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel. If you do not collect your parcel within the pick-up location’s specified timeframe (usually 7 days), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange a new delivery and pay the new postage costs incurred in resending the parcel.
Yes, we ship to hotels and corporate offices. We are not able to ship to a PO box.
All duties and taxes are included in the price. Only shipping fees when applicable will be calculated at checkout.
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from receipt to initiate a refund. We are happy to offer a full refund if the contents of the box are faulty or not as described, however for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges if any of the contents have been opened.
As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Please include proof of purchase which can be in the form of a confirmation email or order tracking number.Any returns should be sent to the address: Onolla Group Ltd., Studio P14 The Old Power Station, 121 Mortlake High Street, London SW14 8SN UK. In order for us to process your returns in the most efficient way, we strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has reached us, so in the case of your parcel being lost in transit, we will not be able to process your refund.
Once your returned parcel has reached us, we will process your refund immediately. Please note it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to credit your account.

Packages returned after 14 days of receipt are not eligible for refund.
Returns are £8 per package which will be deducted from your refund.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. When placing an order, please make sure that the billing address is the same as the one listed on your credit card or bank statement. We will only charge your card for the full total quoted at checkout once we’ve run a series of checks and received authorization from your bank or credit provider. We will not charge you until we have confirmed the items you ordered are available and we have prepared your order for shipping.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Onolla Group Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.
We currently accept £GBP. Any local currency conversions will be handled by your bank and may incur conversion fees.
We use the latest technologies in encryption and security for your online payments. No payment information will be kept by us, and we guarantee that your personal information is treated confidentially.
When placing an order on Onolla, you will be asked to provide your credit card number, expiry date, and security code. As soon as you click on Confirm and Pay, a payment authorization request will be sent to your bank or card issuer. If this request is rejected, we will not process your order and you will not be charged. Should this occur, we recommend either trying with another payment method or contacting your bank.
