At the moment we can only ship online to the UK and Ireland via the site but do get in touch. Please look out for future announcements when we begin to ship globally.
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER £75.00
Shipping £3.50 1-3 days
If you wish to change the shipping address or shipping option after your purchase, please email theGREENteam@onolla.com. Whilst we cannot guarantee changes are possible, contact us by 5pm on the date of purchase and we will do our best to amend.
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to the delivery destination once the package is in transit.
We cannot be responsible for shiping packages going missing from your address when a picture proving delivery has been provided. Customers need to take these missing packages up with the delivery company used for that shipment.
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from receipt to initiate a refund. We are happy to offer a full refund if the contents of the box are faulty or not as described, however for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges if any of the contents have been opened.
As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Packages returned after 14 days of receipt are not eligible for refund.
We kindly ask that you send us an email via theGREENteam@onolla.com stating the reasons for your return. Please include proof of purchase which can be in the form of a confirmation email or order tracking number.Any returns should be sent to the address: Onolla Group Ltd., Studio P14 The Old Power Station, 121 Mortlake High Street, London SW14 8SN UK.
Returns are £8 per package which will be deducted from your refund.Please let us know reasons for return, we always have the customer at heart as we continue to improve our products and services.
In order for us to process your returns in the most efficient way, we strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has reached us, so in the case of your parcel being lost in transit, we will not be able to process your refund.
Once your returned parcel has reached us, we will process your refund immediately. Please note it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to credit your account.
We will send you an email as a digital receipt/invoice.
